About the game

Bloom Blocks is a free block puzzle game you can play in your browser, with iOS and Android apps on the way. Drag the three pieces from your tray onto the 8x8 board. Fill a whole row or column and it clears in a burst of petals, making room for the next pieces.

There is no timer and no rotation, so every move is about planning ahead. Clear several lines at once for big bonuses, keep clearing on consecutive turns to build a combo, and wipe the board completely for a Bloom bonus. The game ends when none of your pieces fit. Your best score and unfinished game are saved on your device, no account needed.

How to play

  1. Drag one of the three pieces from the tray onto the board.
  2. A preview shows where it will land and which lines it will clear.
  3. Fill a complete row or column to clear it and score points.
  4. Clear on consecutive turns to build a combo multiplier.
  5. Empty the whole board for a 300 point Bloom bonus.
  6. The game ends when none of the remaining pieces fit anywhere.

How do combos work?

Clearing at least one line keeps your combo alive. Every consecutive clear raises the multiplier; three placements without a clear reset it.

Can I rotate pieces?

No. Pieces keep their shape, so planning where each one goes is the core of the puzzle.

What is the Bloom bonus?

If a move clears the entire board you get 300 extra points.
