How do I report a bug in a 3EY game?

Choose “Report a bug” above, pick the game, describe the steps and send. In the Bloom Blocks app you can also open Settings and tap Feedback.

Will I get an answer?

Yes, if you leave an email address. We read every message and reply within 2 business days. Ideas are reviewed weekly.

Can I suggest a new game or feature?

Please do. Choose “Suggest an idea”. Many of our missions, modes and fixes come from player suggestions.

What data is sent with my feedback?

Your message, the game you picked, the optional email and, if you allow it, technical details such as browser, screen size and page. No account data or location is sent.
